OTI is managed democratically by its elite members (everyone up to 1000 members).
Its inner workings shall be transparent and lawful. Harmony and balance are the key to a successful organization, with many egos to balance and satisfy, while allowing all OTIOs to innovate and create wealth for ourselves AND global society!
The goal of OTI is to utilize all the advantages of commonly brilliant and motivated young people- building a corporation from nothing but our ingenuity and a few hours a week. Old people rule the world, but through our daring knowledge and enlightened organization we can become powerful scorporate force in less than a decade!
It seems impossible, right? Think again! You yourself are a human who emerged from nothing to become a powerful intelligent being. Your parents assembled their germ cells from spare meat by the dictates of their genes, and through the sperm penetrating and merging with the ovum, eventually emerges a new being with the capability to feel and be felt.
There will be different groups which form inside and outside OTI, with different goals and opportunities. At our first meeting we will decide on the core groups and their avatars (name-symbols). Just brainstorming I can think of seven core categories. I'd like feedback on these.
1. Business Bosses (Finance, Marketing/PR, Accounting, BSE, Tactical)
-George Bush is the first President with a CEO;
-Capital rules the capitalist world!
2. Political Power (Lawyers and Lobbyists)
-In this world which revolves around subtle and overt political dexterity, we need lobbyists to speak to our representatives, and priests of the law to navigate the sticky legal paperwork.
3. Engineering Brains (IT, Nano, Energy, Civil/Mech/Chem/Aero/ELE/BME/Materials)
-The magick exact science of technology.
4. Beautiful Beings (Design, Art, Entertainment, Sports, Exercise, Architecture)
-This is going to be a huge group.
5. Freebirds (Jack of All Trades)- connect the groups together, strength group morale
-Good people skills and a wide base of knowledge
6. Physical Pistons (Pretty Muscle, Craftsmen)- secure OTI property, impress the public with unlimited spectacles
-Calling hyper attractive fashionable females, here's your chance to be famous
-Calling all frats/meatheads, here's your chance to seduce babes, build things, drink football and watch beer.
7. Educators (Pharmacists, Doctors, Academics, Economists, Journalists)- Occupied brains
-Those academics with govt/univ/corp jobs who want to donate time or information to OTI.
You can be in as many groups as you like- remember OTI is completely voluntary- only enthusiastic contributions are needed.
Soon there will be an OTI message board where OTIs can find out instant information, discuss, ask questions about anything, meetups, plan future goals, make music, nolimts, etc.
In a year each OTI group will have a dedicated web and email domain for instant networking.
In three years each OTI will have an integrated laptop/PDA/media pad furnished by OTI.
In five years OTI will have at least 5 business ventures and will own at least one island.
In ten years OTI will...

OTI is not averse to colaborating with other entities such as corporations, governments, NGOs (non-govt org), universities, or other groups. It is prepared to utilize each advantage to produce beneficial results for its agents and customers.
In the future as OTI is needed to aid society in a change to a sustainable lifestyle, we will take advantage of the abundant energy that flows around and through us.

Also, one of the first business activities of OTI will concern a Renewable Energy Pyramid on a farm, so if you or your contacts have a farm and you feel like making some money, get in touch with me at or before the first OTI meeting. Authority causes the
SNAFU (situation normal, all F'd up) problem- which is only overcome by decentralization and cooperation. My feeling is that many groups go astray because they are unable to dynamically flow with the changing world. They end up impaling themselves on their own beliefs. At OTI, our only core belief is respect. Our core goal is producing wealth, happiness, and good information for all OTIOs.
No one wants to tell the general we lost the battle- he is therefore kept ignorant of weaknesses.
