As we shape the new year of 2006 through work and play, we stop to thank our predecessors, who managed to live long fulfilling lives before the era of television and automobiles. Their perseverance is our present. We fight daily to fulfill our dreams for ourselves and our children. The only constant in this chaotic world is CHANGE. Let's streamline our change as we desire.

It's just the beginning, folks. In this age of instant information, global markets, and organizational innovation- OTI is creating new value chains through the power of our minds. Some people think of themselves at the peak of their lives. OTI knows the best is yet to come. Everything happens for a reason. Our reason is our success. Our minds create behavior to fulfill our predictions. That explains the placebo effect. Positive Self-fulfilling beliefs are just one possible tool for sustained happiness and profit. Learn a language at WordReference.com. Brainstorm a movie script. Learn to bartend. Think of marketable solutions to the problems in your lives. Read The Art of War, the Prince, and ChangingMinds.org. Think of what you can volunteer to contribute. See if you can create some novel benefits for a social network. Research social cooperatives, free enterprise, and abundant wealth.

YOU are the INNOVATORS shaping every level of the world.

Organization Strategies

OTI is managed democratically by its elite members (everyone up to 1000 members).
Its inner workings shall be transparent and lawful. Harmony and balance are the key to a successful organization, with many egos to balance and satisfy, while allowing all OTIOs to innovate and create wealth for ourselves AND global society!

The goal of OTI is to utilize all the advantages of commonly brilliant and motivated young people- building a corporation from nothing but our ingenuity and a few hours a week. Old people rule the world, but through our daring knowledge and enlightened organization we can become powerful scorporate force in less than a decade!

It seems impossible, right? Think again! You yourself are a human who emerged from nothing to become a powerful intelligent being. Your parents assembled their germ cells from spare meat by the dictates of their genes, and through the sperm penetrating and merging with the ovum, eventually emerges a new being with the capability to feel and be felt.

There will be different groups which form inside and outside OTI, with different goals and opportunities. At our first meeting we will decide on the core groups and their avatars (name-symbols). Just brainstorming I can think of seven core categories. I'd like feedback on these.

1. Business Bosses (Finance, Marketing/PR, Accounting, BSE, Tactical)
-George Bush is the first President with a CEO;
-Capital rules the capitalist world!

2. Political Power (Lawyers and Lobbyists)
-In this world which revolves around subtle and overt political dexterity, we need lobbyists to speak to our representatives, and priests of the law to navigate the sticky legal paperwork.

3. Engineering Brains (IT, Nano, Energy, Civil/Mech/Chem/Aero/ELE/BME/Materials)
-The magick exact science of technology.

4. Beautiful Beings (Design, Art, Entertainment, Sports, Exercise, Architecture)
-This is going to be a huge group.

5. Freebirds (Jack of All Trades)- connect the groups together, strength group morale
-Good people skills and a wide base of knowledge

6. Physical Pistons (Pretty Muscle, Craftsmen)- secure OTI property, impress the public with unlimited spectacles
-Calling hyper attractive fashionable females, here's your chance to be famous
-Calling all frats/meatheads, here's your chance to seduce babes, build things, drink football and watch beer.

7. Educators (Pharmacists, Doctors, Academics, Economists, Journalists)- Occupied brains
-Those academics with govt/univ/corp jobs who want to donate time or information to OTI.

You can be in as many groups as you like- remember OTI is completely voluntary- only enthusiastic contributions are needed.

Soon there will be an OTI message board where OTIs can find out instant information, discuss, ask questions about anything, meetups, plan future goals, make music, nolimts, etc.

In a year each OTI group will have a dedicated web and email domain for instant networking.
In three years each OTI will have an integrated laptop/PDA/media pad furnished by OTI.
In five years OTI will have at least 5 business ventures and will own at least one island.
In ten years OTI will...

OTI is not averse to colaborating with other entities such as corporations, governments, NGOs (non-govt org), universities, or other groups. It is prepared to utilize each advantage to produce beneficial results for its agents and customers.

In the future as OTI is needed to aid society in a change to a sustainable lifestyle, we will take advantage of the abundant energy that flows around and through us.

Also, one of the first business activities of OTI will concern a Renewable Energy Pyramid on a farm, so if you or your contacts have a farm and you feel like making some money, get in touch with me at or before the first OTI meeting. Authority causes the SNAFU (situation normal, all F'd up) problem- which is only overcome by decentralization and cooperation. My feeling is that many groups go astray because they are unable to dynamically flow with the changing world. They end up impaling themselves on their own beliefs. At OTI, our only core belief is respect. Our core goal is producing wealth, happiness, and good information for all OTIOs.

No one wants to tell the general we lost the battle- he is therefore kept ignorant of weaknesses.

Crocker's Rules are also in effect. I don't want fear of censure or embarrassment to prevent the exposure of important information. If you can't take the heat, get out the kitchen. Please, try to offend me! I Want the Raw Truth.

600 OTIOs

We have pushed through the night of spirits with flashing colors.
There are now Six Hundred OTI agents.
At this rate we should reach a thousand eager college educated souls ready to storm some islands!!
But we will not stop there. As it says in the mission statement, there are NO limits to OTI.

Think about it this way:
Fast forward five years. OTIOs are scattered across the globe in various occupations.
By then the OTI will consist of a flexible beneficial organized social corporation- kept in touch by all forms media (email, IM, phone, web site, personal contact, etc).

Again, there is no obligation to OTI- only the desire to own tropical islands. Just imagine having 1000+ people across the country.
Firstly, that means you could go anywhere and have a place to stay with an OTI friend. Secondly, it means we will have influence (job hook up) and knowledge in many areas.
Thirdly, WE Will own tropical islands.

There is power in numbers- this is a no brainer. The key to producing influence, power, (and money) from a group is its organization. OTI's design is a completely decentralized democratic network- which means it has no central authority- only OTI associates like you and myself. I have always hated tyrannicals and authoritarians- so I have no interest in employing those strategies of power. The world is quite abundant and it bears fruit for those who are willing to venture into the berry groves.

The first official OTI meeting will take place in late spring. At that meeting (which will probably be in the biggest classroom possible), we will review the OTI gameplan (our overall strategy). If you can attend, great, if not- the information will be available to you (if you are an OTI member).

First Meeting

For our first meeting, which will be in the Spring, we will recruit various OTI teams: Business (Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Public Relations, Web Site, and Street Team), Engineering (technological, chemical, fluid power, electrical, computer, material science, mechanical, civil, systems), Recreation (endless parties, magazine making, book discussions and ultimate fighting championships), Design (art, architecture, music, media), and production (farmers, tanners, loungers, eaters, dancers, massooose, maintenance, security, anything you can think of). My hope that if 1000 intelligent college graduates contribute an average of a few hours of week, we could have a well-oiled profitable and potentially unlimited organization in a few years. People ask me, "What is the ultimate goal of OTI?"

OTI was created to be a spontaneous and decentalized power network. The instant communication and creativity aligned with a multifaceted mutual machine of OTI members- someone to fulfill each need of the society. The goal is that each of its members shall profit and be able to quit day jobs with a constant flow of cash. I want everyone to have assets to have a house and support a cosmopolitan and healthy upper class family. I also believe we should eventually own at least 100 islands, either reserved for OTI tourism, private for OTI VIPs, or publically open for tourism. All renewably fueled, of course- built by beautiful natural capitalism using the sources of Earthly abundance- green energy is one corporate trend of the future. Now that you know the goal, you can decide if you agree with the goal. Once you are on board then we can begin. If you don't like my vision, please feel free to opt out of OTI. Only happy hungry people are needed.

400 OTIOs

OTI Membership surpassed 400 benefactors.

Open membership stops once we reach one thousand members- which should happen sometime next spring.

The beauty about OTI is that there are no requirements for membership- basically you just have to sit back and wait til our collective bank account is full with money from my Spoey's patents. The massive communication technology (like the internet) gives power to the free enterprise system- whereas a coordinated group of people are able to build their own system of production and trade.

In my short life, I have imagined more than ten potential billion dollar ideas. OTI shall get at least 20% of any profit from my ventures. Once I start bringing in money through my creative ventures- I shall hire OTI workers from the member ranks (communications, marketers, accountants, lawyers, computer scientists, designers, cooks, electricians, plumbers, doctors, engineers, etc). Go get your degree (or learn to garden) so you can help out OTI take care of our islands some day.

Food for thought: even in this early stage of OTI:
If each OTIO put $163 in an OTI account- we could buy "Isla Chica" a 2/3 acre island off the coast of Panama.
If each member deposited $1000 in an OTI account- we could buy the beautiful 8.5 acre "Pacific Island" off the coast of Panama- complete with a teak forest, game fishing, and sand flats. Or the 17 acre "Isla Aguja" Panaman island covered with rainforest.

Again I must reiterate- no one is ever going to be asked for money. I'm just illustrating the power in numbers. Even if you don't contribute a dollar or one second to OTI- the first 1000 members are still owners of the islands by proxy. Your role is simple and new- OTIOs are merely the fortunate benefactors of Spoe patent money. Just relax while I rake in some idea cash and start investing to get our islands.
